My goal: to guide you towards achieving a strong and toned body by combining various types of physical exercise: cardio, strength, flexibility, and mobility. To help you make sport and movement a part of your daily routine and find pleasure in it.
• I’ve designed a workout plan with gradually increasing intensity.
• Each day, a new workout will become available, taking no more than 30 minutes of your time.
• There will be mandatory rest days for you to relax and recover.
• You can expect a convenient "plug and play" format of interval workouts without verbal instructions, accompanied by energizing music and clear timing.
• If you find it challenging at any point, feel like taking a water break, or need a short rest, you can always pause and give yourself a bit more recovery time.
• These workouts are suitable for you if you can perform exercises with correct technique and train regularly.

Hello everyone! My name is Alisa, and I do what I love - I train people and help them achieve their goals through working with every part of the body.

I have a higher education degree in coaching and several international additional education diplomas:
  • International Sport Sciences Association courses: Health coach, Nutritionist, Weight management specialist, Transformation specialist, Exercise Recovery specialist.
  • EXOS Strength and Conditioning Coach course for athletes.
  • Certificate in Sports Nutrition.
  • Degree in from Moscow State University in sports management.

With over 12 years of experience in track and field athletics, I have trained thousands of satisfied clients both offline and online via YouTube and fitness courses, and helped them achieve high results.
